The information collected from you by GMA ONE may constitute ‘Personal information’ or ‘sensitive personal data or information’ or Confidential information. Collection of these information is essential for us to meet your requirements in the best possible manner.
2. We record the information you provide voluntarily when you download and register in the App or for Services and, or otherwise, provide to us through message, phone or email.
3. We may ask you to provide confidential information including personal information to accommodate your requests.
4. GMA ONE will never ask you to confirm any bank account or credit details via email. If you receive an email claiming to be from GMA ONE asking you to do so, please ignore it and do not respond. However, in rare instances to support you and in your best interest GMA ONE may contact you via phone or email.
5. In addition, we recommend you to take the following security measures to enhance your online safety by:

1. Keeping your account passwords private.
2. When creating a password, do not use dictionary words or easily accessible information for example your name, email, address, phone number. We also recommend you to frequently change your password and also avoid using the same password for multiple online accounts.
